"Brings joy with her food and luxuriates in the cooking process." David Lynch

I see food as a harmonious thread between humans, places, and connections. So I exist to feed people to heal the body and soothe the soul, musing nature and us as One.

Lalla Mina is the living tribute to my grandmothers'culinary legacy. A name that carries the flavors of my lineage, my life's calling.

Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, I was nurtured by a household rich in spices, music, and great food. My mother and grandmothers teachers by tradition passed down the sacred rituals of Moroccan cooking. They inspired me not just to cook , but mostly how to infuse food with spirit, joy, and devotion.
In my early 20s, I moved to the U.S. and worked in all parts of hospitality between Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Miami, and Chicago. Today, I call Los Angeles home, a city that has embraced me and allowed me to feed a vibrant, diverse community. Every dish I create is an invitation to connect, remember, and celebrate.
Whether I’m catering a celebration in the desert, teaching a Moroccan cooking class in NYC or sailing the California coast my work is to awaken the senses and offer nourishment that lingers long after the meal is done.
I am the proud mother of two beautiful souls, Riyan and Amina, who keep me grounded, humbled, and forever in awe of love.

With love, intention, and abundance always.
